Assembly's Sunday Roast
Every week using only the best local, Peak District ingredients we will be serving up mouth watering Beef Sirloin, Rolled Pork Loin and Seasonal Veggie Wellington accompanied by homemade Yorkie puds, beef dripping roasties, honey glazed carrots, bubbling cauliflower cheese and creamy mash.
To finish with something sweet you can try our famous Sticky Toffee Pud, Chocolate Brownie or sample Scoop's ice cool Gelato.

This Valentine's we're sharing the love at Assembly with our decadent 5 course tasting menu, perfect for your date night. ​

Our carefully curated menu includes 5 delicious courses with local seasonal ingredients plus, a glass of crisp champagne on arrival to set your night off right.

Valentine's Cocktail Making Class
Grab your besties and lovers and come down for 2 hours of pure fun as you shake, strain, mix and muddle your way to some bloody delicious cocktails!!

You can expect a glass of prosecco to whet your whistle whilst the head bartender guides you through the fundamentals of cocktail-making.
You’ll then be left to make and shake your way around the bar, showing off your newly-learnt skills as you produce 3 truly delicious cocktail creations.
​
The cherry on top of an already rather delightful cake is the complimentary shot at the end (just in case you weren’t already tipsy enough!).

Psychic Supper
Back by popular demand, join us for a special evening connecting to the spirit world!

Have you lost a loved one who you'd like to get in touch with? Perhaps you feel like you need some guidance from the spirit world or maybe you're just interested in learning a little more about life beyond death.
​
Hosted by experienced medium Jane Pond, she will connect with members of the audience sharing memories and evidence about your loved ones that have passed to the spirit world. Conveying messages, bringing love and hope, but above all proving that life is eternal.​​

Includes drink of choice on arrival followed by a delicious main meal (vegetarian/vegan/gf options available).
